Second day at the gym. So far it has been alright. Floof-o-meter detected a workout had taken place. May be confident enough to risk the treadmill next time.

After *MUCH* procrastination and anxiousness, I set foot in a gym for the first time in years. Got a bit sweaty and am now sat at my desk like, “WTAFITA?!”
