educational maths, people do almost all the calculating.”

Are you able to confirm who is behind Squareclub and your experience in the T&L of mathematics please.
Looking forward to leading a day of Mathematics and Science with teachers. Sharing a curricula vision and effective pedagogy.

As with anything it is how the EdTech is used. Dynamic manipulatives have so much untapped potential in preference to the PPT

However need children to decide the questions. E.g “What if we had …….. "
Polypad is great for working with children rather than asking them to watch a 'fixed’ PPT animation.
Love Polypad.

If you have not tried Slido.com I would recommend giving it a try - integrates so nicely in PPT.
I really like it and have to say the Slido support team are superb at responding quickly.

What a great day at NAMA AMET extravaganza (conf).
Outstanding key note from Oxford Jennie Ingram and great conversations with so many others.
Honoured to be invited to lead a workshop. Thanks Ruth and the team for organising.

Not familiar with Liam Hudson but have googled and his idea of Convergent thinkers looking for one answer and Divergent thinkers looking for a variety of answers is what was intended. Point being that the random generation supposedly for WODB does not work well IMO.

Do you have other solutions for this grid?

Great time to buy their high quality resources.
I recommend their Algebra Tiles and Cusienaire rods to everyone.

WODB

Considering difficulty of some generated questions.
E.g.
A only shape with both dimensions even numbers
B Perimeter value< area value
C Shape with least difference between dimensions
D Only shape with a dimension of 1
What other reasons can you see?
