Not at all. I mostly just copied the Wikipedia format for languages anyway, and just moved the infoblock to the left. I initially wanted to create a template, but I think every conlang is variable enough that each one is going to need a fresh endeavour anyway.

I've been working on creating a template that I can use to "showcase" #conlangs in an easily digestible way in which conlangers can find the basic things they look for while non-langers can appreciate some things about it without choking on grammar. Here it is for Valthungian so far:

Thanks, this is helpful. That's a little disheartening about the Nazis, but sadly it's hardly even unusual among social media platforms lately. Anyway, I will probe a little more critically.

It seems to be a blend of the better parts of various social media platforms – but I haven’t really got a great sense of how it all works yet. It would probably be mostly #language, #linguistics, & #conlang content; maybe some specific stuff about Valthungian, Europic, and other pet projects. (2/3)

I guess it will be a couple more days before we know if it's going to hit Nova Scotia, or any land at all for that matter. But based on this trajectory, it doesn't seem like it could miss us completely. It would be nice the bulk of it stayed out to sea and we just got some nice, soaking rain.

I know we need the rain, but this seems excessive.

Rough translation:
A father quizzed his young daughter with a math question: “I buy ten pieces of candy and I eat two, then I give you the rest and tell you to split them with your brother. How many pieces of candy do you have left?”

The daughter replied: “Six pieces.”

‘Raniso kanik reþin,’ anþahōf so dǭtra. ‘Ekis nē!’

‘Sǣs?’ rōðiða sa faðra, ‘Ekik gaf þis āta þatǣn, forðu ferǣgna miþam brōðra þīnin! Hwa ni kantu reþin?’

So dǭtra anþuroðiða: ‘Sǣs dǣlins.’

A Valthungian joke for you:

Not a bad day's work: Six gallons of pear cider, a gallon and a half of wheat beer, and a loaf of sourdough beer bread. It smells heavenly in here! I also made a pint of homemade non-dairy pistachio ice cream, but we ate it, so no picture!
