In our busy and super connected lives - the simple act of deliberately turning off the noise and focusing in fully on the moment, giving 100% of yourself and your attention to the people around you - sharing that special life energy that emerges when people come together - is such a valuable gift.

A holiday about gratitude, family, friendship, connections, caring, kindness and generosity is worth celebrating. Even just to take time out and notice the blessings we do have.

Thanksgiving - in its simplest form - around a table, sharing love and generosity through food - is just very human.

Hand-holding is so much more than physical touch - it’s a bond, a bridge, a way to say “I see you and I have got you” and so much more. Across different cultures it has immense significance and for moments big and small, it represents connection, care, protection, and love.

It's Thanksgiving tomorrow - so lots of people will be following their stomachs and their hearts 😊 - and I won't mention their guts 😂. But I do agree with you - instincts are the big messages - I follow mine.
