"...and why can't they get it?" may be problematic, as have had players not want to answer statements like it. Maybe they feel it gives the GM reason to deny them in the future, but I have no evidence. Instead "...and what issues have you had obtaining it?" or similar.

#Brainstrust: If a notice/perception/search roll gives you page from a book relevant to the story with Success, 2 with a Critical Success, none with failure and an unrelated item the character thinks is significant with Critical Failure - what sort of thing should that unrelated item be?
