Een datacenter dat al jaren geleden is goedgekeurd, maar tot nu toe geen huurder kon vinden. Nu er bijna nergens meer mag worden gebouwd zijn vergunde datacenter locaties met stroom reservering goud waard voor partijen, zoals Microsoft, die nu Nvida chips ongebruikt in een pakhuis hebben liggen.
