It's like it's two days since they opened Jeffrey Dahmer's freezer, and he's still saying with a straight face that those aren't human heads in there.

The incompetence is staggering.

I’m no Schumer fan - I think he needs to go. But I’m not sure on this one. He shouldn’t have changed positions like that. But I think if the govt shut down more pain would’ve come to the people then the whole convo goes back to it’s the dems fault. Right now focus is on republicans- as it should

So he’s worried about Elon losing money? But not our retirement accounts? And worse? How can people not see him for who he is???

There was a time that everyone would be horrified by a US president trying to sell a private company’s product.

Here is one little sign that we ALL have been desensitized to Trumps trampling on our norms. He told people today to buy a Tesla. There was a day where we would have been horrified at a sitting president telling Americans to buy a certain product.

I don’t mean us. I mean the ex presidents. We should be focusing our fussing more on our fellow citizens and republicans in office! Being mad at the dems and wanting former Presidents for not speaking out is what I think as talking about.

Them speaking out right now a meaningless. The people voted for this- were less than 2 months in. What do they say that does anything at this point? I told you so? Republicans in office are the only ones who can do anything meaningful RN really.

Well. I agree with you there. I think they need a strategy. I apologize for being snippy at you. Just a tad frustrated. Didn’t mean for it to come at you.

Who said anything about sitting like bumps on a log? And guess what, no one has been able yo figure out how to fix this yet. But lots of people seem to think they have the silver bullet as they condescendingly pontificate from their computer. When they could, just have a conversation with others.

Who said anything about giving up? That straight pisses me off. I’m damn tired of people on my own side saying crap like this to me. We need to be together. No wonder why we can’t win.

I think we need to start from there. We really don’t know how to effectively fight this. Stop barking at each other like we know the magic bullet. We don’t. Listen to others who are living in reality. Then come together with a strategy.
