So thanks to everyone who came to the show, reached out, or shared something with me. You reminded me why I’m doing this.

The last couple of weeks have reminded me that:

Most people don’t see your posts, even when they care.

Real connections often come from the “unsuccessful” content.

We’re all navigating broken systems, but the people do exist.

It’s the moments we almost fail that make the wins feel real.

and well that’s what I do this for, so it felt really special to do an intimate show where people felt comfortable enough to come and say hi after the performance.

More to come on the event but just wanted to tap back in after a day off line to say thanks 🙏 so much of our time is sending things out into the void and not knowing what connects and on Friday a met a bunch of people who’s lives my music has impacted ..

Much love to those that came on Friday! I met so many lovely people and will share some footage soon. The day was fraught with many file export issues with the visuals and I was still exporting in the taxi!

The short of it is I think everyone can do more than create audio files, and our ideas can reach out through different mediums.. and instead of there being any specific answer.. the answer is that we all have to find a way to build a world that’s unique to our idnentity

I thought this would be something that people would share loads, but actually is was all in DMs and the people sending messages about how much is mattered to them.. which no I understand to the most important thing, it's slow, but people remember and care

Which is what I hope my music is about.. the end product is the emails of people who want to support you and community

The album is called SCENES, and I see the book as a way of turning a music concept into a product. It gives more context to the music and keeps it alive for longer introducing it to new people, and it has a purpose for the listener too

I created an album, that was also a collaborative art project, where listeners contributed their memories via a site I built, and I turned each one into a custom artwork.. now those artworks are a post card book

Turning An Album Concept Into A Product: SCENES The Book My first book is out now! Yes a book! You helped me create a collaborative art project instead of an just an album and now we have turned that into a physical product. Here's why I think this matters.

I think this project is an interesting example of how musicians can world build and aim for deeper connections... interested to hear what people think

Emotional Dance Music with the Sound Design Playground of Hyperpop: Introducing Haupt Haupt's remix of My Love For You is the 3rd and final remix from the Remix EP! He’s such a great producer and his music brings a smile to my face every time. It’s infectious!

The last of the 3 remixes out today. I really love this one, Haupt has some really interesting influences blending electronic and hyperpop sound design ❤️
