Last night’s random vivid dream: I’m ended up with a mountain lion in the house? Good news: it became buddies with Merlin and Schroeder and didn’t hurt them. Bad news: The mountain lion did tear pieces of my house up, was still pretty chill, but hurt who came to catch him.

The stomach pain and gas persist, so I’m finally letting myself take Pepto.

My gastrointestinal system chose violence today.

Also, feeling this out of it every morning I wake up makes it soooo hard to function.

I really need my ssri refill to come through. The vivid dreams I am having whilst without them? No, thank you.

Another night of weird dreams all night, another day of waking up in true apocalyptic fashion.

Though I did honestly realize yesterday that I’ve been out of my depression meds for a few days and it would not surprise that that isn’t helping.

My kingdom for more than 4.5 hours of sleep.

Me: I’m so groggy. I might have slept like a rock last night.
My Fitbit: friend, you had crazy ass dreams all night. You slept terribly.

In the light of day, this isn’t so bad. It was just very vivid and I could feel all the things. Those dreams always throw me.

The boys insisted I get up and I still feel like I could drop right back off.

When the crazy nightmare wakes you up and you’re shaken. Haven’t had one this out there in a while.
