I appreciate some advice! For the past week I've had one cup of tea in the morning so it isn't caffeine. It may be that I eat too close to bedtime though? Fuelling my body and then expecting it to rest in a kinda similar fashion...?

But also I set nice background wallpapers and it means I check my phone a little less when I get useless notifications because I just clear them from my watch.

I got a smartwatch and it keeps telling me I either don't get enough sleep cycles or I sleep too long. How do I get better sleep without getting longer sleep? How? You are just giving me information with no assistance.
