The U.S. House passed a budget reconciliation that included a provision to “defund” Planned Parenthood. This bill now goes to President Trump. The bill prohibits Planned Parenthood from receiving payments for the services they provide to patients through the Medicaid program.

THE US SENATE JUST VOTED TO SLASH MEDICAID AND "DEFUND" PLANNED PARENTHOOD. This legislation has the potential to devastate health care access across the country, including in New Hampshire – all to give tax breaks to billionaires.

Today, the Supreme Court voted to uphold Tennessee's cruel ban on health care for transgender youth. While this ruling will have devastating impacts on patients in some states, you can continue to access gender-affirming care at PPNNE health centers across the region.

Our cases against President Trump on behalf of trans people can continue. We will not back down from the fight for trans health care and for trans people’s dignity and freedom.

Trump administration freezes family planning funds for Planned Parenthood - The Boston Globe In New England, more than $4 million in federal funding for cancer screenings, birth control, and exams is in limbo.

Ensuring Medicaid is properly funded is critical to protecting Granite Staters’ access to all types of health care, from long-term care to EMS services.

I met with New Hampshire county officials to discuss the importance of Medicaid for our local communities and my work to protect it.

Big changes could be coming to Medicaid. NH families are bracing for the consequences. The safety net program covers more than 180,000 children, seniors, people with disabilities and low-income adults in New Hampshire.
