If you're going to work out some muscles, make sure its your calves :) I think forearms and calves are the muscle groups best correlated with other beneficial effects (can't remember ever seeing any other muscles mentioned for some reason).

There are many papers from the past that turn out to be incorrect about their conclusions or over enthusiastic in their interpretation of the data. Science is self-correcting. It is a mistake to retract this paper as their was no scientific misconduct involved.
