Educate the people to the maximum extent your state/society can afford. Educated, smart, engaged people will CREATE the "good jobs with good wages" that politicians like to talk about.

But you asked which of the three options was better, and I gave an honest answer based on what was put before me.
A is most readable, B is ok, C seems incomplete somehow (maybe because it is). :-)

D was a joke. The perfect option that doesn't exist.
Most def not C. A for the win. B is actually ok too (except for the brain hurting part).

A is the most readable. B looks cool, but is too busy. Looking at it too long makes my brain hurt.
I would probably opt for D, the coolest, most readable, perfectly ergonomic version.
