Superior: "Robert, why didn't you submit your reports on time?"

Me: "Well... I finished them last night, but on my way to the office..." (Shows picture)

Superior: "Understandable. Have a good day."

At 63 years old I have more patience with my pets than I do with people.

New pinup today, this one by @dillonsnook.bsky.social artist on Dead By Daylight and more.

This lovely drawing of Cyril chilling with cats captures the slow, contemplative nature of my comics, and I love it.
It also serves to humanize Cyril, which is something I also do.

silkscreen to come soon!

Bullshit.

Educate the people to the maximum extent your state/society can afford. Educated, smart, engaged people will CREATE the "good jobs with good wages" that politicians like to talk about.

EDUCATE EVERYBODY. Society will only benefit.

But you asked which of the three options was better, and I gave an honest answer based on what was put before me.
A is most readable, B is ok, C seems incomplete somehow (maybe because it is). :-)

Please, hurt my brain if that's what you are going for. That kind of uncomfortableness is an element of what makes good art. Melt my brain, please. And then melt it some more.

D was a joke. The perfect option that doesn't exist.
Most def not C. A for the win. B is actually ok too (except for the brain hurting part).
;-)

A is the most readable. B looks cool, but is too busy. Looking at it too long makes my brain hurt.
I would probably opt for D, the coolest, most readable, perfectly ergonomic version.

Hey folks, this is a super simple one: ALWAYS READ YOUR FUCKING CONTRACTS.

(I have an agent and lawyer reading my contracts before they are sent along to me, looking out for my specific interests, and you know what? I STILL read the final before I sign, because it's me bound by the contract.)

Gen Z is about to experience the futility of protests that Gen X experienced 22 years ago. The way to create change is voting.

Protesting is just slightly above writing mean tweets in influencing U.S. government policy.

Slightly.

Iran Join Rick as he explores the most surprising and fascinating land he's ever visited: Iran. In a one-hour, ground-breaking travel special on public television, you'll discover the splendid monuments of...

In the spring of 2008, I feared America was on the verge of war with Iran β€” and, believing that it’s good style to get to know people before you bomb them, I made β€œRick Steves’ Iran,” a one-hour special that could (and would) only debut on PBS. Sadly, this special has become pertinent again today.

We do a wide variety of things at NCDOJ, but restoring the eyesight of blind cockatoos isn’t on the list.

Full credit to the vets at NCSU for helping this bird see again, and to the overworked editors at the N&O who sometimes put the wrong photo with the headline. Cheers to you both.
