I’m watching my diet too and have lost about 20lbs. I need to lose a lot more but I know the weightlifting will really help with my metabolism, so focusing on more protein and fiber plus not shying away from healthy carbs! 🏋🏼‍♀️🏋🏼‍♀️🏋🏼‍♀️

Started lifting weights about 4 months ago. Just 5-10lbs to start. It’s so important as we age, even though I’d rather be doing cardio! But I add this in for 20-30 minutes before my Peloton, and it’s game changing for my self-confidence and appearance. Now up to 15-20lbs! 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻
