I did my last bit this morning just the gluten free bits for my husband, decided on M&S & got in & out,despite it being cramed, a damn site quicker than Tesco yesterday. After picking Mark up from work at 4pm I am refusing to go out again until Boxing Day when we're off to Stilton for the inlaws.

Words fail me but give me a minute and I'm sure I can find more than FFS.

As people have said be kind to yourself and let things process at your own speed.
If you need shopping is there a neighbour who can get it for you? If you want to get out the house take a look at the store website and guage how busy it is, I was so overwhelmed earlier so know that fuzzy head feel.

It was thanks to my friend on hearing about the bleed prodding me and telling me she had just been through the same and was starting her own investigation...she had multiple adhesions, fibroid and polyps causing hers which also needed addressing.

More needs to be done to highlight these symptoms.

2 week post menopausal bleed from hell was my trigger to get checked out. Stage 1A Uterine/Endometrial cancer diagnosed with suss ovarian polyps found, so a few weeks later I had a full hysterectomy ovaries and all. Histology says they got it all and fingers crossed cancer free.

So sorry to hear this, my deepest condolences to you and your family. He will be fondly remembered and dreadfully missed.

Had a real gut punch today finding out a friend has passed away. He knew he didn't have long and we were hoping he'd make it to the New Year and have one last Christmas with his family.
