Reminds me of this helpful infographic, because I struggle with this concept... Like, a lot.

It's so weird coming across folk who are attracted only to your sona. Personally I don't even rp and stuff like that so when that happens I'm like "what do you expect me to do?"
If people are attracted to a character that only exists through you but not you, there isn't much that can be done y'know

I like how the unique features of each animal are exagerrated, making the art feel both stylized and realistic at the same time.
And the colors are lovely too

black and white sketch of a downed crow, arrow sticking out, feet comically in the air. A speech bubble reads "have you tried water?"

Good intentions.

How come when someone posts an outrageous take with the intent of making people angry it's rage bait, but when someone screenshots and shares an outrageous take with the intent of making people angry it's actually totally normal and absolutely not annoying at all

Two figures, one draped in cloth and holding a rough glowing sphere aloft, bask in the warmth of the yellow, olive, and rusty orange color scheme.

"Vitamin D" 9"x12" Mixed media on paper

Two classical-ish figures bring the light and warmth I always crave this time of year.
Note the pixelated printout and handmade paper combo.

Also! Also! Use good thread. I've had zero jams since i switched over to a better quality thread. Is it more expensive? Yes. Does it save me time and money on repairs and time lost to my machine being in the shop or me fighting with the machine? Oh god yes.

Not to mention the time it takes to untangle a jammed machine. Dear lord...

This is really, really good advice. My machine was pretty much unusable even after sending it for maintenance due to jamming, until I bought nicer thread and never had that problem again. I use gutermann thread and it's cheaper than all the fabric that would be torn up by jammed stitches

I forced myself to use clips due to constantly stabbing myself with pins and found them very pleasant to use, especially with thick fabric that gets flatter with clips or things that I'll be checking the fit as I go. But most importantly they're cute

What keeps me away from AAA is how most are $200+ in my currency, how the never ending obssesion with having "the best graphics" also means they are designed to only run in the most expensive hardware commercially available, and most importantly how most of them are completely unoriginal

Audra, handing over a bunch of bananas: This one.
Seller, who only has bananas for sale: Anything else?
Audra: That's all, thanks

Tells tales about sheep and wolves, while he's the predator himself
Receiver of praise for his love while mercilessly massacres believers and doubters
I guess the good and the evil are two faces of the same entity
One lures victims to it's bottomless mouth, the other eviscerates the ones who try to escape, both torture the ones who dare to see the connection.
Some beg for mercy, others run for their lives, both end up crushed between their teeth
Fills you with tormenting blame
while feeds off your self-inflicted pain
Endless hunger
Endless rage
Painful truth behind this face
Now, what would you do
How big of a disgrace
What if I told you
They both were the same?
I will tell you a secret,
No matter what you do
no matter the face
All of you
Will have the same fate

Now I ask,
Do they really believe, or do they just fear the beast?

Another old one but still a favorite of mine

This is incredible. The two faced beast analogy always works so well to describe that feeling, being eternally held hostage and demanded to see it as mercy

Pitbulls are only a "dangerous breed" if you intend on mistreating them.
This is the same reason why so many small dogs are agressive, people with no respect of boundaries will raise them horribly and think the resulting agression is cute or funny, but are scared when a bigger dog does the same
