To increase accessibility to our services before the 2025 property tax deadline, the Metropolitan Trustee’s Office will offer extended in-office and phone hours on select days.

Each January, residents whose property taxes are paid through a mortgage escrow are encouraged to confirm that the payment was received.
Homeowners can review their current property tax balance by contacting their mortgage company or by visiting the Nashville Trustee’s website. 🏠
