12.08.2025 20:53 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 1 ๐ 0Guess who just forgot the word for spider and yelled at Husband to come and remove a scuttlefuck from the bathroom.
12.08.2025 20:34 โ ๐ 0 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0Neglected this specific social medias but lots of people seem to be appearing over here again. I have little to report but I do have a very cuddly dog and one of my most anticipated reads of this year.
24.06.2025 19:38 โ ๐ 3 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0I absolutely loved this book!
30.01.2025 22:29 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0I have a keyboard that does this and it brings me so much joy
28.01.2025 09:54 โ ๐ 0 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 08. Death Valley by @melissabroder.bsky.social Stunningly beautiful weird little book about a woman who is dealing with a lot, goes to the desert, climbs into a cactus. Absolutely loved this one.
26.01.2025 12:24 โ ๐ 0 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 07. For Whom the Belle Tolls by @sea-ya-later.bsky.social Absolutely stunning. Couldn't have asked for anything better. I'm a huge fan of the tiktok series but you don't need to be to enjoy. Follows a woman who sets up a Help Desk in hell, makes friends with demons and deities. Shenanigans ensue.
26.01.2025 12:23 โ ๐ 0 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 1 ๐ 06. The Foundation by @melindasalisbury.com This trilogy strikes fear into me as the parent of a tech-loving teen. I loved it. But better than anything I can say - my teen who hasn't wanted to read in over a year has picked up this series willingly and is enjoying it.
23.01.2025 18:09 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 1 ๐ฌ 1 ๐ 05. The Light and Shade of Ellen Swithin by @dgcwords.bsky.social This was a brilliant rollercoaster of a read. I loved it. Ellen is an absolute delight. A perfect read for anyone who has worked in a toxic office environment or daydreamed about unaliving an annoying coworker.
18.01.2025 13:48 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 1 ๐ 04. Quicksilver by Callie Hart. This started off reading like a standard romantasy, then it got REALLY good. I absolutely loved the second half of this book. There were so many twists and reveals and things that made me excited for the next book.
18.01.2025 13:47 โ ๐ 0 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 1 ๐ 0Thank you!
09.01.2025 10:30 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0Yep. One of the dogs pulled me over on the ice and I broke myself
09.01.2025 10:25 โ ๐ 0 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 1 ๐ 0Me at lunch time: It's definitely not broken.
Me now: well that aged badly.
3. The Bone Season by Samantha Shannon (authors preferred text) brilliantly narrated by Alana Kerr Collins. I've read the original version of this and loved it; this revised edition is perfect. Cackled out loud at the line "get fucked you stretched weasel". Highly recommend.

06.01.2025 21:33 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0Our gorgeous dog niece (and mum of our Wanda) died today. We're gutted. She was the goodest girl. Rest easy Noodle ๐
06.01.2025 21:04 โ ๐ 3 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 2 ๐ 02. A Language of Dragons by S F Williamson. Bletchley Park, politics and war with dragons. Everything is better with dragons. This book is also about control, morality and the power of language. An absolute banger.
05.01.2025 11:43 โ ๐ 0 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 1 ๐ 01. What the River Knows by Isabel Ibanez. Uncovering ancient Egyptian artefacts with magic and a family that puts the "fun" in dysfunctional. Had an epilogue that left me screeching. I'll be needing that sequel now. Thanks.
04.01.2025 15:12 โ ๐ 0 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 1 ๐ 0Pleased to report husband did not wander over any rainbow bridges and is now home safe.

03.01.2025 18:43 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0Wild to say that Eat The Ones You Love comes out this year. This year that weโre in. The road has been long but itโs time to get real weird about flowers and coworkers
02.01.2025 18:05 โ ๐ 69 ๐ 18 ๐ฌ 1 ๐ 2When your husband is having an operation this week but forgets you are an anxious bean so jokes about going over the rainbow bridge.
01.01.2025 21:21 โ ๐ 2 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 1This cabbage crockery is hands down the best treat I've given myself this year. It brings me so much joy every time I see and use it.

23.12.2024 14:35 โ ๐ 0 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0It's honestly the most beautiful book. I can't stop thinking about it.
17.12.2024 16:05 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 1 ๐ 0Trying to forward on inheritances to people and the bank keeps flagging them all as fraud. Which, fair. But also please just let me pay these people so I never have to deal with them again.
