Oh I didn’t know insurance make such a big difference in pricing. Thankfully I never required any med assistance in any of my trips to US. Even though I travel with travel insurance but still puffers without PBS for visitors is cheap here.

Walking into a pharmacy (drug store 🤮) in SanFran once to buy my puffer as I left it in hotel. Lovely lady asked for insurance I said I’m traveling and just pay full price. It was $155 😱 here in Oz it was $6 at that time, it’s $9 now. Fastest recovery from no puffer anxiety 😂
