Shelter's new report finds that tenants' physical, mental and financial health start to improve as soon as they move into a social home.

New Q1 2025 homelessness stats are out - and show a deepening crisis with a 11.8% rise in households living in TA, with two-thirds (63.4%) being families with children.

More positively, there were:
βœ… Fewer B&B placements
βœ… More households finding secure accommodation at the end of their duties
