The fact that I can't afford this is properly depressing me today. Surely I'm worth enough to be able to afford to buy all the spaceships? Choosing which ones I can afford is going to be hell...again...

Just wrote the following words in an article I'm publishing in a fanclub newsletter in a couple of weeks...

2025 has started terribly. My nan passed away on Jan 4th after going into intensive care after Christmas. My Mum had a fit and been diagnosed with epilepsy. My sister crashed her car in ice. Had to take the cat to the vet yesterday which turned out to nothing. Not going to lie, struggling a little.

I should say thank you - I am currently working on a Star Trek fan club newsletter and I don't think I'd be doing it without following you for the past few years...

The worst thing about having to go to work tomorrow is that it's a distraction from trying to look at everything produced or recommended by @thespaceshipper.com

That just feels wrong!

I made the mistake of buying all four Mk2's - so I have Apollo, Starbuck, Husker and Hot Dog. Three of them are still in their boxes! Still have some gaps in my BSG collection and now I want to go shopping - which I can't afford because I just picked up this beauty!

Today marks six years since I last went home for Christmas. I don't miss it but I miss having something to miss...

I'm really pissed off so see this cannon. This is the Discovery is canon cannon...

In two years, six months, two days, four hours and three minutes I turn 40. I have that much time to make a serious decision of what hobby I want to take into my 40s. I have neither the time, money or space to keep doing everything that I enjoy...

I have never hated anything related to Star Trek before but I HATE that Lower Decks is over...

I was really lucky. My parents bought me tickets for Christmas 2002, not long after it opened. Went the week between Christmas and New Year. Still have the programme on my shelf and the poster framed on the wall. I was 15.

I wish I could go back and do that again!
