Paragraph 12 is so problematic. Large sums "has" raised eyebrows? Whose eyebrows? What have those eyebrows said, exactly? How do you determine that these are large sums without providing context? What are the other sums that the government is "being handed over"?

I pulled my head out of the sand to read this cartoon [despite it containing images that alarm and frighten poor little me]. As usual the humor emerged through the nauseous images. David, spare us the Orange Ogre but keep dishing the dirty dainties (if that makes sense).
