Interesting how Trump spent his whole third campaign claiming he had "nothing to do with" project 2025, and now he's openly embraced it and filled his cabinet and other government positions with contributors to the project.

The very same people who couldn't shut up about offensive statues being taken down because it was "erasing history" are now cheering on or at least defending the destruction of the entire East Wing of the White House. Almost like it was never about history to begin with.

Unlearning the toxic crap society pushed on me is wild. I have to constantly remind myself that taking a day to rest and recharge is not "wasting" the day and I'm not required to "go out" or "be productive".

All the people thanking Trump for the ceasefire should remember that he openly pressured Netanyahu to reject the exact same deal during the Biden administration. Hamas agreed to the exact same terms back then, but Netanyahu held up the deal so that it would make Biden look bad.
