So that u would only have 1 FT for GW16 (as per usual) & FPL tops it up to 5 FT's.
Eg if GW15 deadline has passed, & u still have say 3 FT's... FPL will only give u 2 extra FT's
GW15 deadline is 11am Dec 6th, so ensure u have used up any free transfers by this time... then from GW16 (deadline 13:30 Dec 13th) u will have 5 free tansfers
