I offered an amendment to the Big, Ugly Bill that would have prevented millions of Americans from losing their health care coverage. Thank you @hakeem-jeffries.bsky.social for reminding the American people that Republicans voted it down.

Make your call today. On April 25th, in Frankenmuth, MI, Democrat @slotkin.senate.gov said she’s supporting GOP and agribusiness trying to cut farm worker wages. If you stand with farmworkers, act now. Protect farm worker wages!

Can't possibly understand why Republicans voted to continue recognizing the North Carolina Green Party.

Lauren Underwood is a legislative powerhouse. She doesn't waste time on performative bullshit.

If anything this case at least reveals what we're up against in future elections. Best not bring a broom to a gunfight.

The small number of missing votes and the statistical anomalies in the Rockland County case may expose the blueprint for election interference orchestrated by Thiel (Planatir), Musk (Starlink) and Leonard Leo (Trip Lite) in swing states. It's in discovery.

What's truly entitled is loudly admitting that you don't vote for Democrats while fully expecting support from the DNC's resources and infrastructure. Goodbye.

How is it an entitlement if incumbents have been voted in by their constituents?

If you're referring to increasing the number of justices on SCOTUS, Congress would need to pass a law changing the number of justices which would require a majority in both houses of Congress and presidential approval.

I was referring to your billionaire comment further up the thread because the entitlement you mentioned seems connected to money in politics.

In order to get money out of politics we have to reverse Citizens United. How does that happen? Give Democrats, who consistently introduce legislation aimed at reversing CU, a majority.

This is how electoral politics works. If people are unhappy with incumbents, then vote them out. If you're saying a bad politician, someone like Trump, doesn't deserve their seat in an ethical sense, I agree with you.

12.06.2025 18:23 β€” πŸ‘ 0    πŸ” 0    πŸ’¬ 0    πŸ“Œ 0

Yes, voters put them there. So vote them out.

On how much Stein depressed voter turnout?

12.06.2025 16:46 β€” πŸ‘ 0    πŸ” 0    πŸ’¬ 1    πŸ“Œ 0

This isn't the gotcha you think it is. The whole point of a spoiler is to depress turnout. You won't find stats for that.

Scared? Win seats. It's that simple. Incumbents aren't stepping aside.

12.06.2025 15:33 β€” πŸ‘ 0    πŸ” 0    πŸ’¬ 0    πŸ“Œ 0

Come back when you understand how long it takes to become a committee leader and build the political capital it takes to pass legislation.

Winning seats isn't about asking the people in them to step aside. It's about building coalitions and bringing people together around shared goals.
