I have a recurring dream lately in which I'm prepping a body of artwork for a final critique. Last night, I was moving things around & my favorite painting in the group flew away on the wind. I like to paint on wooden panels, but this was a big loose piece of canvas. Huh??

I blocked in a painting using acrylic paint for the first time in ages, for experimentation and "fun."

Now I'm ready to sprint back into the forgiving arms of oils paints!! Lesson learned! Looking forward to the next painting session on this one.
