Apply the same logic to all DEI initiatives. There are still US towns that are considered sundown towns even though they can't legally enforce it. Women are still paid a fraction of what men are for the same work. White men are still disproportionately hired for the c-suite than their counterparts.

Natural consequences work best when we point directly to their contribution to the problem. We can't simply say, "that's what you get." It has to be clear. "You voted for x-person. That person voted to gut EPA regulations. Now you don't have clean water."
