De besprekingen over een wapenstilstand zijn verwaterd tot een voorstel voor een staakt-het-vuren op de Zwarte Zee. De Russen zijn daar militair al zo goed als uitgespeeld, dus halen zij volgens @laurastarink.bsky.social het meeste voordeel uit zo'n bestand.
