1000xResist is my personal game of the year, I was not expecting recognition from most of the mainstream game awards shows (well maybe games for impact at the TGAs) but I was quite surprised it was not on the Bafta shortlist I thought it would be a given.

I gave played all these except animal well, 1000xresist is my personal GOTY, Lorn's Lure has such a sense of scale, Mouthwashing is so special and Yellow Taxi goes vroom is just some good old fun. Great list of purchases!

Last couple days been playing the wonderful "Sorry we're Closed" @alamodegames.bsky.social and it's wonderful, it's a sprinkle of old school survival horror design with a mix of new ideas, it's colourful, it's gay, it's a mix of silent hill & after party and I can't wait to see where the story goes

It is sooo good, they really nailed classic sonic level design and the different styles of good classic sonic level design, from the fast levels to the gimmick levels to the more cd based levels it's all A-tier stuff. I love Sonic 3&Knuckles but sonic mania is a better game (except for story).
