Helping Young Multilingual Learners Develop Their Metacognitive Skills An educator explains how students can more easily access common supports like visuals, sentence frames, and pair-share.

Early in her teaching career, Ashley Zentz noticed that some of her multilingual learners heavily relied on her to make sense of grade-level content.

All states can now access ESSER late liquidation funds The Education Department’s course change will allow all states — at least temporarily — to draw down federal COVID funds preapproved for extensions.

Here's hoping that Kentucky will finally receive the $56 million in ESSER funding that had been previously approved at the federal level...and receive it quickly.
