I feel like it's a book title on hidden curriculum in academe waiting for author. Or maybe a poem?

I remember 24 years ago, still a fairly young adult, being shocked, having a sense of historical gravitas. Now I think I've lost track of the number of dates to "never forget" and every day seems more historical and more violent than the last. The terror I felt that day now feels like everyday life.

I have reason to believe this book will be amazing!

Thinking more than usual about students funding their education by being in the national guard. The powers that be hate higher ed but are using our students to do their dirty work.

These terms are far more popular w/pundits + politicians than anyone else bc of a conscious strategy to manufacture outrage at higher ed. Obsessing over them has created clear pretexts for censorship + attacks on academic freedom. “Blame the universities” isn’t a solution to anything… 1/2

That list is bullshit. But can someone tell me what an academic "hothouse" is and if I can blame the fact that my office gets to like 90 degrees in the winter on the fact that I use these words.
