Science will be lost, progress will be frozen, people will lose jobs, and careers in science and medicine are being destroyed. This is not ok.

Weβve been implanting electrodes into human brains since the 1950ies - its not Sci-Fi anymore but routine, leads to improved quality of life and β¦actually works pretty marvelously in man cases.

We hope that this could be a first step toward standardizing DBS imaging across the globe. Of course, this is a first draft β we hope to incrementally increase quality going forward using follow up studies β¦
