Psyraps are an amoral, apex predator that believe all other sapient species exist for them to eat and/or use as toys.
Their actions are guided by the moment rather than by the future or the past.

That's a tricky one since psyraps facial markings often result in a clown like appearance. They are more like to think a clown is more action oriented rather than appearance based. If clown then is just someone that is entertaining, then they'd think it's normal to be aroused by them.
