Damn I love outdoor pizza season.

200g of dough, crushed tomatoes with some salt, garlic and oregano. Then dollops of burrata filling, basil and olive oil added after the bake. I will live on this all summer.

Made a sourdough Margarita 1/4 sheet pan pizza with fresh tomatoes, garlic, shredded burrata, & grated Pt Reyes Toma… scattered some thin slivers of salami & pepperoni across the top. Turned out great. I highly recommend Maryjane Butters’ book Wild Bread.

The Scarr's Pizza cookbook recipe makes a whole bunch of dough. Enough for 4 twelve-inch NY-style pizzas. I adjusted to attempt to make three 14-inch pizzas. This one turned out pretty very nice. The dough is five days old at this point.
