ICE must feel like being recorded is a threat, which means they know they're misbehaving and don't want evidence caught on video.

If they were behaving in a way that was morally and legally correct, they would be proud to have video evidence to back them up.

Media outlets should be liable for lawsuits if they repeat these claims without demanding proof.

It's because Trump is president now, is profiting from the presidency, has broken the law to try to stay in power, and has pardoned other criminals in exchange for bribes.

The Clintons are not currently doing any of those things.

Seems pretty clear that one of his arguments should be asking if the MAGA administration intends to issue illegal orders.

The thing is, giving law enforcement the ability to use force depends on an agreement that they use force sparingly and with respect for civil rights.

If law enforcement breaks that agreement, they would no longer be protected by it.

There is a reason the first act of this administration was to get control over the guys with guns.

I worry that, at some point, oversight and accountability will require another group of guys with guns.
