I have learned far too much about how InDesign and OneDrive hate each other today.

This was not the way I wanted to learn that my desktop automatically syncs to OneDrive, but InDesign is at least able to save again for one last project. Then I’m learning Affinity.

Also, I have a double major in biology and history, so the fact I took classes across the sciences and humanities means I draw from a very diverse pool of courses.

Also also, I’m a weirdo who sought out weird classes.

I had the benefit of going to a small university (University of King’s College ) that focused on philosophy, history of science and technology, and early modern studies while being attached to and associated with a much larger university (Dalhousie) with more standard but very diverse classes.

This is gonna sound sappy but I get sappy about drawing.

Everyone who draws is somewhere on the same path.

Some are further along in some ways than others but no one is where they will be tomorrow with one more day of practice.

IMO being on the path is better than not being on the path.

This is the way. It’s a long road. I’m no where near done either, but the rewards are rich.
