As if the SCOTUS decision wasn't bad enough, the 6th circuit said "hold my beer" and explicitly created a constitutional right to bully trans kids who are already at tremendous risk of self harm and suicide.

These judges want dead trans kids.

The 6th Circuit has been competing to be the most anti-trans circuit in America and is now carving out a right to bully transgender kids.
