I’ve officially quit my old job.

No more middle aged ‘murica flag sporting, punisher skull stickered, Charlie Kirk shirt wearing maga customers to give me dirty looks every day.

I’m going to be spending a lot of time in my car and around town, only sleeping back at the family home if there’s not another safe place to spend the night.

I can’t do this constant dance of dysphoria anymore. I’m sick of being deadnamed, misgendered, and treated like trans issues don’t matter.

UPDATE: I got the job 😁 now I can finally work somewhere that I’ll be able to move up!!!

I just had the weekend off of work but I need a mental health day tomorrow. My weekend was so busy and I’m so overwhelmed with family related dysphoria and general loneliness that I need to get in my car and disappear for a while.

At least I have an interview for a better job in the afternoon.

Tried the new Apple Vision Pro today.

The double knit band is super comfortable, but the pass-through is still grainy. You only notice the resolution improvements when fully immersed. The refresh rate is noticeable, but the difference between 90 Hz and 120 Hz isn’t making me want to upgrade.
