How gut wrenching it is to have such a traumatic chapter I thought was closed and behind me wrenched open and shamed for how I handled it.

My anxiety is so high I am nauseous and on the verge of tears. I just want to stop feeling abandoned. Call me cellophane 😢😭

I used to completely crash out on Twitter in manic episodes. I think that's what Facebook is for now.

It's interesting to me that the same person I saved from an unaliving attempt saw signs of me having ideation and just messaged my partner. Never me directly. Talk about things being put into perspective

I knew moving out of the US would come with loss and letting things go. What I didn't anticipate was my chosen family that planned to come with cutting me out after getting here.
