I have left that entire religion behind years back, but wasn’t expecting to spend Sunday morning reliving some of that totalitarian bullshit after reading the day’s news.

And suddenly everyone on campus was all, what the fuck is Calvinism!? So there was a weird vibe of paranoia and constant discussion of theology for a LONG time. The administration couldn’t have done a better job making sure everyone on campus educated themselves a bit more.

I returned two books on Calvinist theology to the school library the next day, an act of cowardice I wish I could fucking take back, since two of my friends were literally interrogated for hours.
