The Guardian reports that the U.S. plan incl several lines that were certainly drafted in RU before being translated. In EN they sound unnatural and out of place.
Example, 3rd point: “Russia is expected not to invade neighbouring countries, and NATO is expected not to expand further.”

If Congress will not pass a resolution condemning Trump’s unhinged calls for the imprisonment and execution of elected officials, they’re essentially giving him permission to keep pushing for political violence.
