Goes with another FVN I played recently. That one began in 2019, it's now 2026, and it's only on version 0.2. Hopefully the creator lives long enough!

I'm not going to say, because I neither want to drive T-Mobile's sales for them, nor do I want to endorse in any way a service that soon won't even resemble what I've experienced with this ISP.

I'm just posting this thread to mourn the loss, really.

But I'll be moving out-of-state soon, long beyond their service area, so I have to part ways.

It's bittersweet. I will miss what I've had with them, but... I'd like to remember them as they are now, before T-Mobile drives them into the ground and shits on the corpse.

I've only once had to contact Customer Service, and only for a change on my account, not for Technical Support.

Comparably-great price, great speed, excellent latency (5 ms to some non-speedtesting servers!), consistent service with zero downtime, no interaction needed... FLAWLESS!

Seriously... flawless.

It's $75/mo for 1Gbps speed (down AND up!) that have had literally ZERO downtime, even during power outages! (I have my own battery backup for my network gear.)

Modem, taxes, fees... it's all included in that $75.

It's been *actually* phenomenal.

My current ISP, a small and local fiber provider in the Twin Cities (MN), has provided literally-flawless service at an unbeatable price since they wired up my neighborhood a couple years ago.

But they recently sold to T-Mobile.

Glad I'm moving away before they turn into shit, I guess.

Requiring folks hand over a bunch of personal information (name, address, phone, email) to download a program you're opting to provide for free... is asinine.

Like, I get that you want to generate revenue from advertising, but... no.

In this image, I'd be the fox. The other guy would have to make the move, because I suck at recognizing flirting. As in, I'm completely oblivious to it. Online and off.

Anyone have experience with DSLR repair?

I've got a Nikon D7200 that won't focus correctly. Happens with every lens. Tried resetting all settings to factory. Checked every switch I can find. Focus is always just a little off. See pic for example.
