Interns in his daydream saying: Mmm~ Ms. Romanenko, you really thought you could trick us? Looking like THAT?

an illustration styled after night photos taken on a disposable camera picked up at a pharmacy on the way to the beach. someone is running shirtless through waves crashing onto the sand. everything is lit up only by the harsh flash of the camera and the much more distant streetlights. the water, though, is following them, like it misses them, like a second body. it arcs over their head but instead of crashing there, it's held suspended like billowing fabric.
