I have had to uninstall most social media apps and try to avoid the news this week because I can't handle it and it makes me so upset.
I push myself to look once a day because I can't let myself be ignorant to what is happening but I'm trying to avoid it so I can function in my day to day

Hi #BookSky here is a book I am currently reading. It is more work related as I want to improve my communication with my employees and co-workers. My work brought Karen Hirt in to speak with us and do a workshop. She introduced us to some great concepts and there is so much more I want to learn.
