Newsletter #10: Introducing the Nomad Ghostwriter; Plus, Nomad Farm; and a Job for a Queer Texas Newsletter Writer
Last week, I spent several days building a new portfolio site for my ghostwriting business called Nomad Ghostwriter. It was a great opportunity to learn some new web design tools β including Bootstrap Studio β but most importantly, it was a way to create a static portfolio site that doesnβt lock me in to a pay-per-month hosting service like Squarespace or Wix.

Iβm aiming big with this project, and am seeking clients who want to hire me for a full-length manuscript priced at $20,000 or more. Iβm offering a **$1,000 referral fee** if you can introduce me to a new client who signs a contract for a project that meets that criteria. Some ideas include:
* A queer business leader who wants to write about their journey
* An LGBTQ+ elder who wants to write their memoir or life story
* A political candidate who wants to write their campaign book
They donβt have to be queer, of course! But I only want to work with clients who align with my values, so no crypto or AI bros, please π. Iβm also available for smaller projects, including developmental editing for fiction and non-fiction.

## Spend a Month at Nomad Farm
Iβve just updated our list of remote work and travel programs to include Nomad Farm, an immersive coliving program with multiple locations in Brazil, Colombia, and Costa Rica. Although I havenβt been myself, what I like about this program is that it combines the digital nomad lifestyle with βmore connectedness with the natural world, the community & ourselves.β
As someone whoβs lived in intentional communities in Portland, OR, and abroad, Iβve long felt like this was a missing niche in the digital nomad community.
You can choose from one-week to one-month-long programs that include weekday lunches and wellness activities like yoga and capoeira. Participants are expected to perform 3-6 hours of land care per week.
