what love is
when it is
undressed
in sunrise
soaked in rain
stuck in the
dead of winter
waiting for an
endless spring

Raindrops were falling
into the lacuna of me
but you replaced them
with glowing constellations

No easy feat to destroy
several of my jagged edges
bringing them back
to corners round & fluffy

but nothing could tame
my feral soul,
shes dances still,
but not in rain—
