We renamed his sister to Juniper. She’s a bossy little thing who loves to be adored, so she kept the Miss Piggy personality, even without the name.
I love this way of thinking. Anything “artistic “ I attempt (or not😉) is done for me alone. The making of crafty things is also for me, but will be seen by others as they are mostly Useful Items. The things I plan but don’t start still count as art.

I’m old enough to have had Home Ec in school and the first lesson in canning is how to sterilize the equipment. My family never had a problem eating granny’s and mom’s home canned food. Today, I wouldn’t trust anyone under 70 unless directly taught by an elder.
