It definitely saps my productivity at work as well. What's the point of working hard and earning that bread if the kleptocracy is going to steal it away? The worse impact is with my kids. They are just entering the workforce and have ZERO motivation thanks to AI, fascism and climate change dread.

That was my exact thought when my friend interning at NASA showed me Mosaic.

I'm not talking about US politicians I'm talking about normal people.

I see people fighting back and organizing every fucking day. ICE hasn't met their recruitment goals. They haven't met their kidnapping goals. That's WHY they keep escalating.

There are far too many people in "blue" states calling for this. It's flippant and naive as any Texan claiming they have an out clause. People are just tired and want an easy solution. They are not getting one.

So it's just the "no DMs on bluesky" law. Without an energy company writing the law for them our state legislators are just illiterate grifters.
