I loved your book. It made me incredibly sad but it also made me want to visit all the places you talked about. Many years ago when I was a kid (and we took many great American road trips back in the 1960s) we visited Meramec Caverns. I still remember the Jesse James stories.

High school or college? This liberal arts major would say history and literature. Because that is what our society needs. This liberal arts major became a computer programmer back in the day when you didn't need a degree.
