#HeinekenUK announced today it's reducing the alcohol content of Foster's Lager 3.7% to 3.4% claiming this is to meet "demands for a more health-conscious lifestyle." No mention of the fortune it will save on duty! In Feb it also reduced the ABV of Sol to 3.4% while increasing Draught prices by 2.9%

Aye it closed in January 2025.. it's a massive shame. Have fond memories of their beers and the beer festival they used to run.
